Caspar Jacobs
PARTNER – HEAD OF DATA, INTEGRATIONS & SOLUTION DESIGN
Caspar is one of Australia’s leading wealth management technology analysts. He has a vast range of experience running complex technology projects across some of Australia’s largest financial institutions.
Caspar has a unique skill set involving solving complex data problems, systems migrations and configurations.
Caspar holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and is qualified in Human Centred Design.
Dipal Khatri
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Dipal has over 10 years experience in financial services technology. She is our lead specialist for advice process design, XPLAN implementation & integrations. Dipal has worked with a wide range of clients from ASX-listed companies to boutique IFAs.
Outside of Finura, she has a young daughter and runs a widely followed foodfluencer account on Instagram.
Dipal holds a Bachelor of Business and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.
Helena Klokova
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Helena has over 10 years experience In financial services technology both in South Africa & Australia. She is our specialist in advice systems and processes. Helena also leads our customer success function for our software business.
Helena holds a number of qualifications across Human-Centred Design and Project Management.
Aron Satchell
JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR
Aron is an experienced executive with 15 years’ of financial services experience, who holds a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Applied Finance. He is responsible for driving the execution of Finura’s strategy through the management of our people, processes and systems.
Prior to founding Finura, Aron was the Head of Operations at what became Australia’s leading XPLAN consulting business, where he led the consulting, project delivery and customer success teams through a multi-year business transformation resulting in the successful sale of the business to an ASX listed financial services business.
Danni Le Grande
PARTNER – HEAD OF IFA CONSULTING
Danni heads up some of Finura’s most complex consulting engagements and also runs our Finura Insights Division, which focuses on market research.
Danni has worked in a wide variety of roles in Financial Services and Technology over the past 20 years.
Her experience has been drawn from working collaboratively with Financial Advisers, Product Providers, Dealer Group, Fund Managers and Technology Providers.
Danni has worked extensively with Adviser Logic, Intellfilo and IRESS XPLAN.

Simon Betchley
HEAD OF INSTITUTIONAL CONSULTING
Simon has over 18 years of experience in wealth management and technology. Simon is a highly experienced software executive, including six years as CEO of Worksorted.
Simon works with Finura on our software development, go-to-market strategy, and digital transformation programs for our clients.
Simon holds a Diploma of Financial Services, a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Management, an MBA, and graduated with order of merit from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Adrian Grayson-Widarsito
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT PARTNER
Adrian is the co-founder of Vokke. Vokke and Finura entered a JV in 2021 to develop custom technology solutions for the wealth management industry.
Jon is responsible is for the execution and development of Finura’s software services strategy.
Jon Wellman
