Our team have worked together for many years. We came together as Finura with the goal of building a company that could focus on the long-term, building a balanced and family-friendly working environment. We have a diverse group of skills which when combined gives our clients an invaluable team to lean on when important decisions need to be made.

Caspar Jacobs

PARTNER - HEAD OF DATA, INTEGRATIONS & SOLUTION DESIGN

Caspar is one of Australia’s leading wealth management technology analysts. He has a vast range of experience running complex technology projects across some of Australia’s largest financial institutions.

Caspar has a unique skill set involving solving complex data problems, systems migrations and configurations.

Caspar holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and is qualified in Human Centred Design.

Dipal Khatri

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Dipal has over 10 years experience in financial services technology. She is our lead specialist for advice process design, XPLAN implementation & integrations. Dipal has worked with a wide range of clients from ASX-listed companies to boutique IFAs.

Outside of Finura, she has a young daughter and runs a widely followed foodfluencer account on Instagram.

Dipal holds a Bachelor of Business and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.

Aron Satchell

JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR

Aron is an experienced executive with 15 years’ of financial services experience, who holds a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Applied Finance. He is responsible for driving the execution of Finura’s strategy through the management of our people, processes and systems.

Prior to founding Finura, Aron was the Head of Operations at what became Australia's leading XPLAN consulting business, where he led the consulting, project delivery and customer success teams through a multi-year business transformation resulting in the successful sale of the business to an ASX listed financial services business.

Danni Le Grande

PARTNER - HEAD OF CONSULTING SERVICES

Danni heads up some of Finura's most complex consulting engagements and also runs our Finura Insights Division, which focuses on market research.

Danni has worked in a wide variety of roles in Financial Services and Technology over the past 20 years.

Her experience has been drawn from working collaboratively with Financial Advisers, Product Providers, Dealer Group, Fund Managers and Technology Providers.

Danni has worked extensively with Adviser Logic, Intellfilo and IRESS XPLAN.

Simon Betchley

Senior Industry Advisor

Simon has over 18 years experience in wealth management and technology. Simon is a highly experienced software executive, including six years as CEO of Worksorted.

Simon works with Finura on our software development, go-to-market strategy, and digital transformation programs for our clients.

Simon holds a Diploma of Financial Services, a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Management, an MBA, and graduated with order of merit from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Nicole Smith

HEAD OF DIGITAL CONTENT

Nicole is the Founder and CEO of digital marketing agency Socialisd, which specialises in servicing the financial services sector. Nicole has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, in both sales and marketing, and has worked across several states.

In 2016 Nicole founded her marketing agency that specialises in social media marketing and lead generation. A key focus has been to guide practice owners, using various forms of digital marketing, to tell their story more effectively and bring the value of advice to the forefront.

Combined with a passion for technology and innovation, Nicole is well position to lead our digital content and financial literacy services and solutions.

Outside of work, you'll find Nicole running trails in regional Victoria and getting some Zen in a regular yoga class.

Peter Worn

JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR

Peter is an experienced senior executive, business strategist and consultant with a background in advice, wealth management distribution and technology.

Before founding Finura, Peter was Head of Strategic Relationships at Enzumo Group, where he was responsible for developing the service offering through customer acquisition, global partnerships and acquisition opportunities building the foundation for a multi-year business transformation. Enzumo was widely regarded as the market leader in the customisation and support of financial advice software and culminated in the successful sale of the business to ASX-listed Centrepoint Alliance in 2020.

It was at Enzumo that he met his Finura Business Partner, Aron Satchell. A strong friendship and shared values sowed the seeds for the Finura Group.

Peter is an experienced company director, holding independent directorships and advisory roles with a range of wealth and fintech businesses including McQueen Financial Group and Rising Tide Financial Services.

Peter also enjoys spending time assisting in mentorship and advocacy of those going through career changes; he is proud to be a member of a ‘FEW Good Men’, with Financial Executive Woman.

Outside of work, Peter and his wife Katherine have their hands full with his two young boys, Thomas & Patrick.
